PRODUCTS


Olives. Whole, pitted, stuffed, slices.

Olive oil. Extra Virgin


VARIETIES

Manzanilla and Arauco, green and black.

Oil from Barnea, Arbequina and Frantoio.





CANNED GREEN OLIVES

Slices

They are picked when they became yellowish green. They reach the processor in harvest boxes. They are washed in caustic soda to remove bitter taste, then they are washed for several days and are left to ferment (lactic fermentation) for 3 to 5 months.

Then they are selected and canned in glass or tins jars in brine

Available: whole (with stone), without stone, stuffed (pepper paste, anchovy, etc), in slices, in pieces (salad olives)

 

 


PACKAGING

Packed with own or customers brand, as required.

In bulk, in plastic drums or as requerid.

CROP SEASON

Northern hemisphere: September to November
Southern hemisphere: February to March
