| CRYSTALLIZED CHERRY |
Cherries are preserved in SO2 until process time.
Pitted fruits are classified by size.
Crystallized process is made in emptiness concentrators,
where they are added sugar syrup and colouring
and they stay there until 75 degrees brix.
Then they are drained and after a final classification
they are packaged.
Available yellow and red cherries, whole or broken.

10 kg boxes with 2 polyethylene bags 5 kg each.
Boxes with 4 cans 3.5 kgs net.
