| WHOLE DRIED APRICOT |
When the fruits are ripe, they are sun dried in wooden "paseras", or dehydrated in hot airflow furnaces.
The stone is extracted mechanically, avoiding to leave chips inside.
Soon they are washed, dried, selected and calibrated.
To avoid darkening, they are treated with Metabisulfite Sodium.
| HALVES DRIED APRICOT |
Fresh apricots are cut in halves (longitudinally) and sun dried in wooden "paseras", or low speed furnaces.
To avoid their darkening, they are treated with Sodium Metabisulfite.
Later they are selected and calibrated.
Available in small, medium, large and extra large size.
