| DRIED PEARS |
Fresh pears are cut in halves (length ways) then sun dried in wooden "paseras", or furnaces at low speed.
To avoid darkening, they are treated with Metabisulfite Sodium.
Later they are selected and calibrated, removing center and seeds.
They have a golden color that makes them attractive.
Available in small, medium, large and extra large size.
