| SPINACH LEAVES |
There
are two well defined different stages, the first process is called
"dirty" in which leaves are removed, part of the stem is cut, good
leaves are selected and washed to eliminate imputrities. In the
second stage they are selected and classified by quality degree
according to customer´s specifications.
Next the blanching process is carried out. After that they pass
the freezing tunnel and are packed at the end of the line.
Available whole leaves, 1"x1" cut leaves, chopped and block

There are two annual harvest in Argentina, the autumm harvest sowed in March and collected in May, and spring harvest sowed in August and collected in November
