The
harvest requires much care because the fruit is very fragile.
The fruits with no sign of mould are selected. Blackberries
free of leaves, stems and strange particles enter the IQF
tunnel. Later they are selected separating whole fruits, which
are packaged with the denomination of " Whole ".
At the end of the line, a Laser Sensor guarantee the elimination
of any strange particles or berries with non specific color.
Depending on its origin, the blackberry is classified into:
wild blackberry or cultivated blackberry.
