The harvest requires much care because the fruit is very fragile.
The fruit with no sign of mould is selected. The raspberry free of leaves, stems and strange particles enters the IQF tunnel. Later it is selected separating the whole fruit, which is packaged with the denomination of " Whole ". At the end of the line, a Laser Sensor guarantees the elimination of any strange particles or berries with non specific color.
Available Whole, Whole and Broken and Crumbles.
